Brief overview of LoadAi and its current capabilities

Introduction to LoadAI

LoadAi is an intelligent dispatching software designed for trucking carriers with fleets of 100+ trucks or more, offering AI-driven automation to optimize load planning, driver assignments, load consolidation and operational efficiency. By integrating seamlessly with existing TMS and ELD systems, LoadAi provides real-time visibility into truck locations, load statuses, and route progress while leveraging predictive analytics to prevent delays and reduce costs. With LoadAi, carriers can reduce empty miles, improve asset utilization, and make data-driven decisions to enhance profitability and scale their operations efficiently.

Current Features and Product Roadmap

LoadAi's core functionality centers around Dispatch Optimization and Load Consolidation but these functions are inclusive of many other optimization decisions.  You can review the full feature set and future roadmap here: LoadAi Feature Roadmap

System Requirements

LoadAi is optimized to run on Chrome and Edge browsers but is compatible with most modern web browsing applications.  The UI is also responsive to being run on mobile devices such as phones and tablets for on-the-go access.

Logging In and Account Setup

Your account will be created by either a customer success agent or an admin in your company. Some accounts will require SSO authentication while others will utlize standard username and password credentials. If you happen to be a user in multiple subscriptions, you will be asked to select that subscription after entering your credentials.  If your company has multiple environments for operations and testing, you will need to identify the environment you want to log into with the domain url (I.e. app.loadi.com vs uat.loadai.com).  No changes in lower environments effect the production environment.

Navigating the Platform

You can find an overview of sections and pages here but the basic navigation of the platform is uniform for all users.  The left side of the screen houses a collapsable navigation panel. The top of the screen on most pages will house your view and filter selections.  The main display area will house the dynamic data components of any page.  This could be a grid, gantt, report, or multi-panel grid.  Clicking any of these individual data objects should open a detail panel to the right.  These panels will also have an multi-function drop down menu in the upper right. From here you can launch the detail edit form or any other secondary function for that object such as requesting an ad-hoc time off for drivers.
