The LoadAi sidebar has been redesigned to improve clarity and accessibility. Features are now grouped by function—Planning, Analytics, Engine, Resources, and System—making it easier to find what you need, fast.
Navigation Panel Overview
Functions
- Add - Add entity shortcut, Bulk Import Shortcut
* Some items may be disabled due to TMS integration - Global Search - Quickly search for any data element without leaving your current page
Planning
Primary tools for dispatching and managing daily operations.

Dispatch – The Dispatch page has two distinct views (Gantt and Grid), as well as an option second panel for trips. Here we show a summary of a driver's timeline and activities.

Review – The recommendation output of any many-to-many optimization result will be displayed in the Review module. Individual recommendations may only appear in the detail side panel.

Trips – Trips Page is a customizable grid of all trips in the system. Trips are best summarized by driver movements related to loads.

Loads – Loads Page is a grid of full or partial shipments with a customizable grid view. Loads best represent orders and/or shipments in the system.

Drivers – The Drivers page is a list of all solo and team drivers that can be planned in the system
Analytics
Dashboards and reports to analyze performance and network health.

Balance – The Network Balance page is a grid view of the balance of trips and drivers across your Regions/Zones over time.

Performance – The performance page shows individual scenario KPIs for comparison
*The Performance page may not be enabled in all accounts. This feature requires Scenario Management to be activated.
Engine
Adjust system behavior and optimization preferences.

Engine Mode – The Engine Mode page is a listing of all the default and custom optimization engine modes. All the optimization parameters can be viewed and updated on this page.

Defaults – Manage baseline optimization settings.

Automation – The Automation page houses all the advanced data automation and matching rules that help automate, augment, and define the optimization recommendations.
Resources
Configure key operational elements.
- Customers - The Customers page is a grid view of all the Shippers or Brokers for whom shipments have been created

Carriers - The Carriers Page is a grid view of all the carriers you can broker or contract for a shipment/trip

Locations - The Locations page is a list of all "stored" locations in the system. This can be shipment stops, relay locations, sort locations, or trailer pool points

Tractors - The Tractors page is a grid view of all the power assets in the system

Trailers - The Trailers page is a grid view of all the capacity assets in the system

Rate – Manage rate profiles for Customer Lanes Rates and Carrier Contracts
Scenario and System
Scenario (Subscription Dependent)
If Scenario Management is enabled, this module is located above System settings. Here you can save, duplicate, and manage scenario snapshots.
System
Accessible via the bottom of the navigation panel

Regions – The Zones page is where you can define and map your state and 3-digit zip codes to specific Zones and Regions to better define your regional operations.

Integrations – Connect to your TMS or external systems like ELDs

Users – The Users page is a list of all web users (managers, planners and dispatchers) that have access to the system. User Accounts can be created and managed on this page.

Permissions & Roles – The Roles and Permissions page allows you to adjust the access and visibility throughout the system based on a users role.
Support
The LoadAi Help Center is a fully consolidated resource center that allows you to access training guides, checklists, the knowledge base and customer support teams.
