LoadAi Release 26.10.11
This release introduces forecasted loads, so you can plan for freight you expect before it is tendered. Writing automation rules from a typed prompt is much smoother, and Trip Override rules give you detailed control over appointment windows. Matching rules can now target multiple Fleet Types as well as Driver Manager and Team Leader. Hours of Service planning inserts required rest after eight continuous driving hours, and scenario export and import now keep more of your data. This release also includes improvements and fixes across Dispatch, Review and TMS imports.
🎉 What's new
Forecasted loads
Create forecasted loads manually, from recurrence series, or from Spot Market loads. You can filter by source, reconcile forecasts against actual loads, re-plan, and include them in optimization. Optimization prioritizes actual loads over forecasted ones.
Smarter rule prompts
When you describe a rule in plain language, LoadAi can link the drivers, cities, locations, and customers you mention as you type. Unclear names are resolved in the dialog. The prompt can suggest a name and rule type, fill in a city, highlight the fields it filled, and let you undo the result.
Appointment-window controls in Trip Override rules
Extend a window by a configurable amount, set an all-day or custom window, limit it to a location’s operating hours, and see clear overnight indicators. Trip and load screens show the adjusted windows.
More ways to target rules
Fleet Type supports multiple values in matching and override rules, and matching rules can target Driver Manager and Team Leader.
Load weight in Review recommendations
Review recommendations now show each load’s weight.
Live Optimization rejection count
Rejection panels now show the total number of rejections.
Improvements
- Driver and trip recommendations support tours with multiple gaps, showing preassigned trips and time off in order.
- Hours of Service planning inserts required rest after eight continuous driving hours and can use existing rest to improve timing.
- Live ETA synchronization with your TMS can be configured through Trip Override rules.
- The Dispatch Domicile filter falls back to Home Location when no domicile is set.
- Linking forecasted loads is easier: search by reference code, evaluate one pair at a time, and filter by Forecast Source.
- Dispatch and optimization views keep preassigned trips across multiple gaps and reflect updated ETA and ETD states.
- Notifications are less intrusive, and dropdown labels are clearer.
- TMS imports save driver tags and load requirements and match drivers by external ID.
- Ad-hoc TMS time off takes priority over recurring time off.
- Driver Manager assignments are consistent for drivers sharing a fleet value.
