LoadAi Release 26.09.13
This release adds a calendar view to Dispatch, a map view for Network Balance, and a new ROI dashboard. Live Optimization is faster and more reliable, recommendation cards have a cleaner redesigned layout, and matching rules now support team drivers and multiple equipment types at once.

Calendar view for Dispatch
Dispatch now has a calendar view, so you can see trips laid out day by day alongside driver roll-ups and non-trip activities like time off. You can drag and drop to assign trips directly from the calendar.
Map view for Network Balance
The Network Balance page now includes a map showing regions and zones, with color-coded imbalance heatmaps and filters to focus on specific pickups. Location search has also gotten more consistent and reliable across the app.
New ROI dashboard
A new Performance Dashboard gives you a clearer view of planning activity, adoption, financial results, utilization, delays, and time off, all in one place.
Live Optimization: faster and more reliable
We now have Live Optimization available to run in the background. Contact your Customer Service Manager to enable this feature.
Refreshed recommendation cards
Recommendation cards have a cleaner, more condensed layout with badges and quick-access KPI details, making it easier to evaluate a recommendation at a glance.
Smarter matching rules
Matching rules can now be set up for team drivers, not just solo drivers, and you can select multiple equipment types at once when defining required equipment on a trip matching rule.
Trailer Wash as a location activity
You can now flag a location as supporting trailer washing, alongside the other activities a location can support.
Improvements
- You can now see a trip-by-trip utilization breakdown, along with some new KPIs.
- Trips planned directly in LoadAi are easier to spot at a glance.
- The Review page now looks and behaves more like the Dispatch page, including the ability to configure which columns show on the timeline.
- Team drivers are now scheduled using the same reliable timeline logic as solo drivers.
- Loadboard revenue figures now use your offer rate when available, falling back to the market rate otherwise.
- You can now create a time off entry without specifying a location.
- Time off blocks are easier to see on the schedule when they fall over a weekend.
