Loads

The Loads Module provides full visibility and management of load records across your network. This includes individual load details, LTL consolidation, revenue and cost breakdowns, optimization inputs, and assignment status. Two views are available: Loads View for managing each load and Manifest View for planning consolidated trips.

Key Use Cases

  • Monitor, filter, and assign available loads

  • Track origin/destination, appointments, weight, and handling rules

  • Analyze profitability and cost breakdowns per load or manifest

  • Identify planning conflicts (e.g., missing assignments, delays)

  • Use LTL Manifest View to consolidate compatible loads into multi-stop trips

Navigation Overview

Navigate to the Loads Module from Planning > Loads.

Use the top bar filters for Status, Warnings, Customer, Origin, Zone, etc.

Switch between Loads View and Manifest View using the view selector icons in the top-left corner of the module.
