Load Import Template

Instructions for Use

1.Navigate to the Bulk Import section by clicking the Add Item button (➕) on the main navigation bar.

2.Download the import template from the Bulk Import section of LoadAi for the relevant object, or use your own spreadsheet.

3.Prepare your data and upload the completed file.

4.If you’re using your own template, you may need to manually select the object you are mapping. If you use the LoadAi Sample Template, columns will be auto-identified and auto-mapped.

5.Review the column mapping and click Validate to check for warnings or errors. If corrections are needed, download the validation report to adjust your data.

6.Once validation is successful, click Import to create or update your records based on the reference code alignment.

area	Area	Total area of the load, typically measured in square feet.	Numeric value (e.g., 150).
commodity	Commodity	The type of goods being transported.	Plain text (e.g., Electronics, Furniture).
customerRefCode	Customer Reference Code	Reference code for the customer associated with the load.	Matches the reference code in the Customer Template (e.g., CUST123).
deliveryCost	Delivery Cost	The cost associated with the delivery of the load.	Numeric value in USD (e.g., 50).
destinationSortLocationRefCode	Destination Location Reference Code	Reference code for the destination location, aligned with the Locations template.	Matches the reference code in the Locations Template (e.g., LOC132).
driverRefCode	Driver Reference Code	Reference code for the driver assigned to the load, aligned with the Driver Template.	Matches the reference code in the Driver Template (e.g., DR001).
dropoff.actualArrivalTime	Dropoff Actual Arrival Time	The actual arrival time at the dropoff location.	Date and time format: MM/DD/YY HH:MM.
dropoff.actualDepartureTime	Dropoff Actual Departure Time	The actual departure time from the dropoff location.	Date and time format: MM/DD/YY HH:MM.
dropoff.address	Dropoff Address	The street address of the dropoff location.	Plain text.
dropoff.apptConfirmed	Dropoff Appointment Confirmed	Indicates whether the dropoff appointment is confirmed.	Boolean value (TRUE or FALSE).
dropoff.apptEndTime	Dropoff Appointment End Time	The scheduled end time for the dropoff appointment.	Date and time format: MM/DD/YY HH:MM.
dropoff.apptStartTime	Dropoff Appointment Start Time	The scheduled start time for the dropoff appointment.	Date and time format: MM/DD/YY HH:MM.
dropoff.city	Dropoff City	The city where the dropoff location is located.	Valid city name.
dropoff.handlingTime	Dropoff Handling Time	The amount of time required to handle the load at the dropoff location (in minutes).	Numeric value (e.g., 45).
dropoff.locationRefCode	Dropoff Location Reference Code	Reference code for the dropoff location, aligned with the Locations Template.	Matches the reference code in the Locations Template (e.g., LOC132).
dropoff.state	Dropoff State	The state where the dropoff location is located.	Two-letter state code (e.g., TX).
dropoff.stopName	Dropoff Stop Name	The name of the stop or facility at the dropoff location.	Plain text.
dropoff.zipcode	Dropoff ZIP Code	The ZIP code of the dropoff location.	Valid numeric ZIP code (e.g., 60601).
dropTrailer	Drop Trailer	Indicates if the trailer is dropped at the dropoff location.	Boolean value (TRUE or FALSE).
hazMat	Hazardous Materials	Indicates if the load contains hazardous materials.	Boolean value (TRUE or FALSE).
hold	Hold	Indicates if the load is on hold.	Boolean value (TRUE or FALSE).
lineHaulRevenue	Line Haul Revenue	The revenue earned from the line haul (in USD).	Numeric value (e.g., 2000).
loadedMiles	Loaded Miles	The distance (in miles) traveled with the load.	Numeric value (e.g., 1000).
loadRefCode	Load Reference Code	Unique identifier for the load in the system.	Alphanumeric, usually prefixed with LD.
loadType	Load Type	The type of load being transported (e.g., FTL, LTL, Partial).	Enum: FTL, LTL, Partial.
middleMileBrokerageCost	Middle Mile Brokerage Cost	The cost of brokerage services for the middle mile (in USD).	Numeric value (e.g., 300).
originSortLocationRefCode	Origin Location Reference Code	Reference code for the origin location, aligned with the Locations Template.	Matches the reference code in the Locations Template (e.g., LOC123).
overallBrokerageCost	Overall Brokerage Cost	Total brokerage cost, including delivery, middle mile, and pickup costs.	Numeric value (e.g., 390).
pickup.actualArrivalTime	Pickup Actual Arrival Time	The actual arrival time at the pickup location.	Date and time format: MM/DD/YY HH:MM.
pickup.actualDepartureTime	Pickup Actual Departure Time	The actual departure time from the pickup location.	Date and time format: MM/DD/YY HH:MM.
pickup.address	Pickup Address	The street address of the pickup location.	Plain text.

revenueCode	Revenue Code	A code representing the revenue for the load.	Plain text or alphanumeric (e.g., ReeferHighValue).
tractorRefCode	Tractor Reference Code	Reference code for the tractor assigned to the load.	Matches the reference code in the Tractors Template (e.g., TR001).
trailerRefCode	Trailer Reference Code	Reference code for the trailer assigned to the load.	Matches the reference code in the Trailers Template (e.g., TL001).
volume	Volume	The total volume of the load in cubic feet.	Numeric value (e.g., 1800).
weight	Weight	The total weight of the load in pounds.	Numeric value (e.g., 30000).
