Carrier Rate Matrix Module
The Carrier Rate Matrix defines cost-based rates paid to external carriers or broker partners. These rates are used by the optimization engine to evaluate cost, calculate margin, and determine the most profitable routing options during dispatch and load planning. Each carrier may have one or more rate entries by lane, defined using city pairs, zip codes, or mileage brackets.

Navigation Overview
Go to Settings > Rate Matrix.
Each row in the table represents a cost agreement with a third-party carrier.
Click the arrow next to a carrier to expand and view lanes.
Click a row to open the Rate Details Panel on the right.
