Customer Rate Matrix Module
The Customer Rate Matrix defines contracted pricing agreements between your company and individual customers (shippers). These rates are used by the optimization engine to determine revenue projections, enforce load commitments, and evaluate profitability during load planning and dispatch. Each customer may have one or more rate entries based on lanes, zip codes, or mileage-based rules.
