Carriers

The Carriers Module allows you to manage all external carrier partners used for brokered freight, asset-light operations, or contract routing. It stores compliance details, contact information, capacity, and internal tags like “Preferred” or “Seasonal” to support carrier selection logic and performance tracking.

Key Use Cases

  • Track all MC# and DOT# regulated carrier partners

  • Record carrier capacity, contacts, and business notes

  • Filter by preferred, high-priority, or seasonal carriers

  • Support TMS integration with SCAC and external ID mappings

  • Store carrier-level metadata for optimization or tender automation

Navigation Overview

Go to Resources > Carriers from the main sidebar.

You will see a searchable and sortable grid of all carriers with key metadata.

Each row represents a unique carrier entity. Click any row to open the detail panel.
